By using Smart Terminal Gex (the website, the Chrome extension, or both) you agree to the points below. It's short on purpose.

Not investment advice

Everything this product shows — call wall, put wall, gamma flip, IV walls, the Compass projections, Greeks exposure — is a structural read of options positioning, not a prediction and not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. Nothing here is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Trading options carries real risk of loss; you're responsible for your own decisions.

Data isn't real-time

Prices and options-chain data come from delayed Cboe quotes, refreshed on an auto-refresh cycle (currently about 60 seconds) — not a tick-level real-time feed. Levels can be stale by the time you act on them, especially during fast markets. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data shown.

Access via Discord

The terminal and the extension's live data are free, gated by membership in a specific Discord server. We can revoke or change access requirements at any time, for any reason — including removing you from the gating server, which removes your access here. There's no paid tier today; if that ever changes, current members will be told on the server before anything changes.

No warranty

The product is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free — it's run by one person, not a company with an SLA. Background refresh jobs, third-party data providers, and the Discord API can all fail; when they do, the terminal may show stale or missing data rather than crash silently, but that's a best effort, not a guarantee.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or other damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) this product, or from any decision made based on data it shows.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to bypass the Discord-gated access (shared logins, scraping around auth, reverse-engineering the session cookie).
• Don't hammer the API outside normal terminal/extension usage — the manual refresh endpoint is rate-limited for a reason.
• Don't redistribute the computed levels as your own product without permission.

Violating these is grounds for losing access, at our discretion.

The Chrome extension

The extension only runs on tradingview.com and only reads data already visible on the page (the active symbol and its chart scale) to position the overlay — it doesn't modify your TradingView account, orders, or settings. It's provided under the same "as is," no-warranty terms as the rest of the product.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on the Discord server; continuing to use the product after a change means you accept the new terms.
